By accessing or using Merzm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

Use of the service

You may use Merzm only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, test systems without authorization, misuse integrations, send unlawful messages, or upload data that you do not have the right to process.

Customer data and integrations

You retain ownership of all content and business data you create, upload, connect, or import into Merzm. By using integrations such as Gmail, Google Calendar, enrichment sources, and email delivery tools, you authorize Merzm to process the data needed to provide the requested feature. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of connected services complies with your agreements with those providers.

AI-generated content

Merzm provides AI-generated recommendations, drafts, summaries, enrichment, scripts, and sales guidance to support your work. AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before sending it externally, making commercial decisions, or relying on it for legal, financial, regulatory, or contractual matters.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property

Merzm and its software, design, models, prompts, workflows, and product experience are owned by Merzm or its licensors. You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant Merzm a limited license to process your content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Merzm is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including any AI-generated content, integration behavior, or third-party provider availability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
